Amendments to Rule 12, North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure
A Petition for proposed technical amendments to Rule 12, North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure, was filed on August 23, 2004, deleting an obsolete reference to N.D.R.Civ.P. 4(d)(4) and substituting a reference to N.D.R.Civ.P. 4(m). The amendments result from the deletion of N.D.R.Civ.P. 4(d)(4) effective March 1, 2004. A copy of the amendments is attached. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, the amendments to Rule 12, N.D.R.Civ.P., are ADOPTED effective September 1, 2004.
