United Community Bank v. Delorme

Nos. 20030251 & 20030262

Per Curiam.

1] Delorme appeals from a judgment granting United Community Bank of North Dakota a foreclosure of its mortgage on property owned by Delorme and from the Order approving the sheriff's sale of the foreclosed property.

2] We conclude these appeals are frivolous and completely without merit; therefore, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(1). In addition, we award the Bank attorney's fees in the amount of $500 plus double costs under N.D.R.App.P. 38 and 39.
