All 8 District Judges are randomly assigned an equal number of individual cases through an automated rotation program within the Unified Court Information System (UCIS).
All stipulated matters are handled by the master calendar judge and are not assigned.
All cases filed in Burleigh and Morton County will be assigned to the judge conducting the dispositional conference. Trial dates will be provided at the dispositional conference since the judge has dedicated a criminal trial week a couple months later.
