RULE 37. INTEREST ON JUDGMENTS JUDGMENT
(a) When the Court Affirms. Unless the law provides otherwise provided by law, if a judgment for money in a civil case is affirmed, whatever interest is allowed by law shall be is payable from the date the judgment was entered in the trial district court.
(b) When the Court Modifies or Reverses. If a judgment is modified or reversed with a direction that a judgment for money be entered in the trial district court, the mandate shall must contain instructions with respect to about the allowance of interest.
