At the January 2000 meeting, the Committee directed staff to draft a summary of reasons why the proposal for a collection rule should not be adopted for the Committee's consideration before a recommendation is submitted to the Supreme Court.
The materials include that summary of reasons, as well as materials from the January 2000 meeting about the petition for adoption of a rule on collections. Those materials include Judge Wefald's petition, Mid-Dakota Clinic v. Kolsrud, 1999 ND 244, 603 N.W.2d 475, and comments from Thomas A. Davies, Clifton Rodenburg, Jon R. Brakke, and Steven A. Johnson.
