The Southeast Judicial District Court is advertising for a law clerk to serve through July 31, 2005. Minimum qualifications an applicant must have are a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and proven research and writing skills.
The law clerk will be based in Jamestown and will assist each of the six judges throughout the Southeast Judicial District in preparing for court appearances, researching issues before the court, making sound decisions on those issues, and drafting written opinions and memoranda.
