On August 24, 2006, the Joint Committee on Attorney Standards filed a proposed Rule on
Licensing of Legal Consultants. Revisions to the proposed Rule based on revisions to the Model Rule on the Licensing and Practice of Foreign Legal Consultants, adopted by the ABA at the mid-year meeting in August, were also submitted to the Court. The Court considered the matter, and
FURTHER ORDERED, that the Admission to Practice Rules be renumbered accordingly.
FURTHER ORDERED, that any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments
