| Issues: |
Appellant's Statement of the Issues: I. Whether the Trial Court's Findings of Facts are supported by the record. II. Whether the Trial Court's Conclusions of Law concerning property division are supported by the findings of fact. III. Whether the Trial Court erred in failing to allow the extended visitation credit when calculating child support. Appellee's Statement of the Issues: A. With the disparity supported by differences between the parties' ability to earn and their needs, was it clear error to award Michelle Gleich more property than Andrew Gleich? 1. If evidence supported the court's findings that one party's ability to earn is impacted by the time constraints created by primary care for four children with varying degrees of disability, is it clear error to consider the income impact in a division of property? 2. In dividing property, must the court ignore the parent's needs if primarily created by the children's needs, even if supported by the evidence? B. Did the court err by not applying the extended time discount to its child support computation, if the time ordered for visitation fails to add up to the triggering 60 of 90 consecutive nights? | ||||||
