Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
1. State's Exhibits No. 22 (address book) and No. 23 (business card) were admitted without sufficient foundation, and if relevant, unfairly prejudiced Bell.
2. Excluding a co-defendant's testimony regarding the charges to which she pled guilty denied Bell a fair trial.
3. Ineffective assistance of counsel requires that Bell be granted a new trial.
4. A review of the entire record reveals that insubstantial evidence exists to sustain the verdict of guilty.
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. Whether sufficient foundation existed for the admission into evidence of State's Exhibits No. 22 (address book) and No. 23 (business card).
II. Whether excluding Kirvida's testimony regarding the charges to which she pled guilty denied Bell a fair trial.
III. Whether Bell should be granted a new trial due to ineffective assistance of counsel.
IV. Whether a review of the record reveals that substantial evidence exists to sustain the verdict of guilty.
