2. Whether it was erroneous for the Judge of the District Court to change the custody of the parties' minor children.
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
1) It was proper for the Judge of District Court to
conduct an additional evidentiary hearing.
2) The Appellant has failed to provide a full transcript to allow this court to make a meaningful and intelligent appellant review.
3) The trial court's decision to change custody in this matter was not clearly erroneous.
