1. Whether a change of circumstances is required to modify a visitation schedule that had existed for over 3 years.
2. Whether the District Court improperly imputed income to Appellant.
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
1. The District Court did not err when it determined that the Appellant's Motion was that of clarification; not modification.
2. The District Court did not err in establishing a visitation and summer schedule for the parties' child as the schedule is in the minor child's best interest.
3. The District Court properly established the Appellant's child support obligation.
4. This Court should remand this matter to the District Court of an award of attorney's fees to the Appellee.
