The North Dakota Office of Attorney General has an opening for an Assistant Attorney General working in the Civil Litigation and State & Local Divisions.
The attorney represents the Dept of Human Services in administrative hearings and appeals involving the department's non-economic programs including child abuse and neglect, day care and foster care licensing. Will be responsible for other areas of litigation and drafting and editing AG opinions.
Must be licensed to practice law in ND or the expectation of imminent admission to the ND Bar.
