NOTICE OF HEARING

On February 19, 2002, pursuant to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 7.1, the Honorable Robert W. Holte, Presiding Judge of the Northwest Judicial District, filed a Petition to change the designation of the Chambers of Judgeship No. 8 from Watford City to Minot, North Dakota. Notice of the Petition was provided to the mayors of both Watford City and Minot, the chairs of the Boards of the McKenzie and Ward County Commissioners, and the media.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that a hearing on the Petition be held Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at 2:45 p.m, in the Ralph J. Erickstad Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited.
Any person wishing to appear at the hearing must notify Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at least three business days prior to the hearing. Any person wishing to comment on this matter may address written comments to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530, for submission to the Supreme Court prior to the hearing.
