FURTHER ORDERED, briefs in response to the Petition from the Respondent, and the others served, are due in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court by 4 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2002; any reply brief is due in the office of the Clerk by 4 p.m., Thursday, March 21, 2002. In addition to paper copies, the parties must provide the Clerk with an electronic copy of all briefs. All service of briefs filed after March 8, 2002, must be accomplished electronically or in person the same day and time a brief is due in the office of the Clerk.
