Russell v. Russell
Gierke, Justice.
Harold W. Russell (Harold) appeals from the determination of the Northwest Judicial District Court granting a divorce to Harold and awarding Maria S. Russell (Maria) $600.00 per month for three (3) years in rehabilitative spousal support. Harold raises only one issue on appeal.
Harold asserts that the trial court did not consider Maria's fault in its determination of alimony. Therefore, Harold argues, the trial court erred in awarding rehabilitative support to Maria of $600.00 per month for three (3) years.
After a review of the record and judgment in this case, we believe that the trial court considered the Ruff-Fischer guidelines in making its alimony determination and affirm the award of the district court in accordance with Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
