v.

M.S., Mother, Respondent and Appellant
No. 20040340CA
Appeal from the Juvenile Court of Barnes County, Southeast Judicial District, the Honorable John T. Paulson, Judge. Pautz v. N.B.
AFFIRMED.
Per Curiam.
Robin Huseby, State's Attorney, 230 4th Street NW, Room 301, Valley City, N.D. 58072, for petitioner and appellee; submitted on brief.
M.S., pro se, P.O. Box 34, Montrose, MN 55363; submitted on brief.
[¶1] M.S., the mother of a sixteen-year-old daughter, N.B., appealed from an order of the juvenile court declaring N.B. to be a delinquent child and placing her in the custody of the Division of Juvenile Services for one year, with authority in the Division to place N.B. in the North Dakota Youth Correctional Center and to provide treatment for her. We conclude the juvenile court's findings of fact are not clearly erroneous and the appeal is without merit. The order is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(1) and (2).
