Ernst v. Tjon

[¶1] Ronald R. Ernst has appealed from a summary judgment dismissing his defamation and libel action against Stacey Tjon, the attorney who represented the defendants in a prior action brought by Ernst. See Ernst v. Burdick, 2004 ND 181, 687 N.W.2d 473. Ernst contends there are issues of fact which preclude summary judgment. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(6).
