Plaintiff Wendell Springsted appeals from a district court summary judgment dated July 9, 1987, which dismissed his complaint against defendant First National Bank of Crosby and awarded judgment to the First National Bank of Crosby on its counterclaim against Springsted. The district court's judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(6), N.D.R.App.P.
