Finch v. Gillette
Levine, Justice.
Fredrick E. Finch appeals from a judgment awarding him $24,654.81 for personal injuries sustained in a 1971 automobile collision. He argues that the trial court's findings of fact, in particular, those relating to compensation neurosis, are clearly erroneous and its conclusions of law "unreasonable, arbitrary and unconscionable." We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(2), NDRAppP.
