The plaintiff, Erling N. Sannes, Personal Representative of the estate of Mildred Sannes, appealed from a district court judgment, dismissing, on its merits, Sannes' action for an accounting and damages regarding the sale of grain and a combine.
The judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
