LaVallie v. North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau
Meschke, Justice.
Earl LaVallie appealed from a judgment affirming an order of the North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau which denied him further benefits. The record reflects that LaVallie is not currently disabled and that no specific medical treatment is required or has been recommended for LaVallie's condition. We affirm the judgment under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(5). LaVallie is not precluded from benefits in the future, to which he might otherwise be entitled, based upon a change in his medical condition. Lass v. N.D. Workmen's Comp. Bureau, 415 N.W.2d 796, 800 (N.D. 1987).
