Rosemarie Shafer d/b/a Companion Care Service of North Dakota (Shafer) appealed from a district court judgment affirming an order of Job Service North Dakota in which Shafer was found to be engaged in employment and was required to pay job insurance taxes on her employees' income.
The judgment of the district court is affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(5) and (7), N.D.R.App.P. This court's decisions in Turnbow v. Job Service North Dakota, N.W.2d (Civil No. 910203; January 9, 1992) and Midwest Property Recovery, Inc. v. Job Service of North Dakota, 475 N.W.2d 918 (N.D. 1991) are dispositive of this appeal.
