Appeals from the District Court for Logan County, South Central Judicial District, the Honorable William F. Hodny, Judge.
AFFIRMED.
Per Curiam.

State v. Goulet
Per Curiam.
Lynn C. Goulet appeals his convictions of burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence for the jury's verdicts. Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdicts, as we do, we conclude that the circumstantial evidence reasonably tends to prove guilt and fairly warrants the convictions. We affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(3).
