State v. Odegaard
Per Curiam.
Regenia B. Odegaard appeals her conviction for assault, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence that she willfully caused substantial bodily injury and that her use of force was not justified. Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict, we conclude that the evidence reasonably tends to prove guilt and fairly supports the conviction. We affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(2).
