Odermann v. Leonhart
Per Curiam.
Mary Leonhart appeals from an amended district court judgment modifying the joint custody provisions of the original divorce judgment to provide sole physical custody of the parties' daughter to Michael Odermann. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
