Per Curiam.
[¶1] Darvin Eldo Goebel appealed from a jury verdict finding him guilty of burglary under N.D.C.C. § 12.1-22-02 and preventing arrest under N.D.C.C. § 12.1-08-02. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
