[¶1] Chad Sissell appeals from the district court's order granting Jennifer Vass's petition for a disorderly conduct restraining order under N.D.C.C. § 12.1-31.2-01. The district court's order is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
