Information collected and stored

If you e-mail us

If you subscribe to e-mail notices and are a North Dakota licensed lawyer, your e-mail address is placed in the State Board of Law Examiners database, and is published to the online Lawyers Directory (unless you request it not be). If you subscribe to e-mail notices and are not a North Dakota licensed lawyer, your name and e-mail address are placed in a separate database used only for e-mail notices.
